The Laundry Bag strives to provide its clients with the highest level of service possible.
Terms of Service for The Laundry Bag Services:
The Laundry Bag services are provided subject to your ("Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. "Customer" use of any of The Laundry Bag services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
This agreement is strictly between The Laundry Bag and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of The Laundry Bag services, and for the mutual benefit of both The Laundry Bag and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Pick up and Delivery:
Pick ups and deliveries will occur Monday through Saturday only. , excluding holidays.
The Laundry Bag reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.
Customer agrees to include only washable items in the laundry bag.
Customer is responsible for all damage to clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else when caused by any items present in the laundry bags.
The Laundry Bag is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by Customer or The Laundry Bag.
Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods:
The Laundry Bag will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service.
The Laundry Bag accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying.
The Laundry Bag accepts no liability for "special care" items that require special attention to be cleaned.
The Laundry Bag reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
The Laundry Bag does not guarantee removal of all stains.
The Laundry Bag is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
"Customer must notify The Laundry Bag Coin Laundry within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery."
Disclaimer:
The Laundry Bag’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of The Laundry Bag liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will The Laundry Bag be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not The Laundry Bag knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. The Laundry Bag disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
Entire Agreement/Choice of Law:
This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia in which it operates. |
